This testimony is why we exist as a ministry.

Some time ago, we received a letter from a prisoner in Tennessee thanking us for providing The Daily Encouraging Word · ALIGHT devotional. He shared,

“Let me thank the good Lord for His many blessings of which you and the supporters of this ministry are a part of. In the life after this we will find out the FULL impact of all our efforts in ministry. Know that you are ministering to more than just those on your mailing list. Once I have finished with an issue, I take it apart and divide it into separate sheets like gospel tracts and add them to our monthly Pod Blessings. A small group (4-6) inmates create a bundle of snack items. We insert a tract in it and then we allow the Holy Spirit to pick the Pod that will be blessed that month. We have been doing this ministry since 2018 with 39 pods in our facility; it took over 3 years to cover the facility. God provided and has blessed us in being faithful to it. We see it as a way to tithe and bless others who don’t have anything. The Pod size ranges from as few as 25 men to 64 men. I pray that God continues to use the body to grow the Kingdom for His glory.
